My family says I'm a book nerd or book geek, and I'm totally OKAY with that! What free time I can grab between a full-time job and family obligations I try my best to spend it with a good book. Why? Because I love loosing myself in a good story. It's as simple as that.
Over the past few months or so, I've become increasingly more involved with other online book lovers. I've joined several street teams, written several reviews, read some ARCs and posted reviews on them, read and edited manuscripts for friends, etc., etc. So, now I've decided since I've found so many other book lovers out there online maybe I should share my thoughts on books with them. And, now here we are.
On this blog I will post reviews for books I've read. Whether they be for ARCs I've received from authors or books I've purchased, I'll give you my honest opinion. I'll highlight the characters, give a very brief summary of the story line, discuss the writing style, etc., but I don't like lots of spoilers so you won't find that in my reviews. I will also post news about upcoming and new releases from authors I follow, etc. as well as contests hosted by such authors, free book downloads, and whatever else I come up with. One thing's for sure...all of my posts will be book related. The rest...well, I'm still working on that.
If you have a book you'd like me to post a review on or promote, let me know. I read a large variety of books from paranormal romance to historical romance to horror, sci-fi, fantasy, contemporary romance, young adult, mystery, and true crime. I'm not all that biased when it comes to a good book!
